Return & Exchange Policy - NAurafit

 At NAurafit, we want you to love every product you order. But if something doesn’t fit right or isn’t as expected, we’ve got your back — with a simple return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • You have provided a clear, unedited unboxing video (see below)


📸Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To ensure a smooth return or exchange, we strictly require:

  • A continuous unboxing video taken from the moment you open the parcel

  • The entire package opening process must be clearly visible

  • No cuts, pauses, or edits allowed

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, product condition, and any issue

❌ Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without this video proof.


🔁 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Size mismatch (if we sent the wrong size)

  • Wrong product sent

  • Damaged or defective item (broken strap, torn fabric, etc.)

✅ In such cases, we’ll offer:

  • Exchange with the correct item

  • Or refund via UPI/Bank Transfer (if replacement is unavailable)


❌ What Cannot Be Returned

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products used or worn

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products without a valid unboxing video

  2. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

  3. Approved requests will be picked up or replaced accordingly


🚚 Return Pickups

Pickup is available in most areas of Kerala. In some cases, we may ask you to courier the item yourself (reimbursement applicable).

This policy helps protect both our customers and business from misuse. Always record an unboxing video right when you open the parcel.
